I think there was a minor collision on Parliament square, a double decker tour bus nudging someone's back wheel from what I heard. Later on Park Lane a white van driver stopped in the middle of the road, jumped out knocking his cup of tea onto the road and sprinted after a cyclist, then attempted to push random people off their bikes.. A white van driver coming up from Admiralty Arch to the paved roundabout in Trafalgar Sq got out of his van, called a non English woman a very bad name and then proceeded to ask if any of us would like to punch him. We figured this was a cunning trick and refused to take him up on the offer, then he got bored and went away.. Nym
